The Coco And Boo Team

Coco & Boo founders Lori and Bill DiBacco have been pet parents for over 40 years each! They have been married since 1984 and are extremely committed to their company. Both are passionate about their own “fur children” two girls, kitties Sadie and a special needs kitty Faith. They will treat your own “kids” as if they were their own.

They have been volunteers with several local animal rescue groups including Helen Woodward, North County Humane Society now San Diego Humane and Cat House on the Kings, where they currently volunteer. They have professional knowledge and experience working as pet adoption counselors, pet food representatives and have both been foster parents.

Kim was born in California, but lived in Texas for several years before feeling the deep desire to return to the beautiful San Diego area. She has 3 children, 2 sons and 1 daughter. Kim also has 3 young grandchildren whom she adores.

Kim ran her own child day care business for years, before looking for her next passion. Through being a volunteer at the humane society, she decided it would be wonderful to care for pets and the rest was a match made in heaven.

Kim grew up always having a dog or two in her life. After losing her beloved Boxer Chase last year, she has taken on the challenges of adopting a gorgeous all white female youngster Charity, who just happens to be deaf. They are both learning sign language together. In her spare time you’ll find Kim and Charity at the dog park, or hiking and visiting Dog Beach.

Hello, my name is Kasey!

Born and raised in California, I currently reside in Vista. As a lifelong animal lover, pets have always been a significant part of my life. Among those I have cared for are rabbits, hamsters, freshwater and tropical fish, toads, frogs, geckos, and, of course, cats and dogs. Pets, in my view, are one of the best parts of life, teaching invaluable lessons in empathy and selflessness.

With a background in caring for young children, including babies and toddlers, and working as a specialized instructional aide for high school students with special needs, I’ve developed a deep understanding of nurturing and patience. The skills honed through babysitting, such as attentiveness and compassion, seamlessly translate into the care of animals.

At Coco and Boo, the same love and dedication extended to family and pets is brought to each client, ensuring the highest level of care and attention.

Hi, I’m Ceci!
Originally from San Diego, I grew up in New Mexico but always felt a strong pull back to the coast—and now I’m so happy to call San Diego home again.

For over five years, I worked as a behavioral therapist supporting individuals aged 2 to 22. During that time, I often incorporated animals into therapy sessions, using the calming and supportive presence of horses, service dogs, and emotional support cats to help clients feel safe, build trust, and connect more easily.

Animals have always held a special place in my heart, both personally and professionally. I’m excited to bring that same care and connection to your pets—so you can enjoy your time away knowing they’re in loving hands.
